This year, the castle team is offering you a journey to the heart of Central European folk tales!
Discover the medieval castle transformed into a fairy-tale setting, where strange and wonderful stories unfold from room to room. Get acquainted with the creatures under the sea, tremble as you discover Baba Yaga's lair, and end your visit in the company of the animals of the forest.

During the war, Christmas was celebrated in a more modest way. To counter shortages, families competed in imagination to create their own Christmas decorations. With the help and explanations of a mediator from the Memorial, come and create your decorations, and have fun like the children of yesteryear with cut-outs and coloring from the Liberation albums. An afternoon under the sign of the teddy bear
Teddy bear making demonstration with artist Cyriaque Lecomte (with the Falaise Memorial)

During this demonstration, Cyriaque Lecomte will present, using his kits*, the materials and methods of yesteryear that allow him to bring collectible teddy bears to life. Mohair, carded wool, glass eyes… are among the supplies used since the creation of the teddy bear, in Germany, at the end of 1902.
