The 1,2 ha estate includes a 16th century manor house, a farmhouse and a farmhouse renovated into a gite in 2022, garden, meadow, orchard, chicken coop... and spa.

Housing
Our cottage opens its doors, in a part of a completely renovated farm, current interior surface of 95 m2, very pleasant, functional with its many facilities, which can accommodate 4 people (+ baby), totally private and independent access, on-site parking, garden private with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue and brazier, games, connected TV (netflix)... central heating, laundry area with washing machine and dryer. From July 2023, an additional independent master bedroom and its bathroom will accommodate 6 people.
Current gite composed on the ground floor of a beautiful living room with open kitchen, living room with fireplace, upstairs 2 bedrooms (2 queen size beds, one of which can be separated into 2 single beds), office space, separate wc and shower room with double basin. Independent laundry area in the basement with washing machine and dryer.
The cottage is located on the ground floor on the rear side and raised on the courtyard side with the parking lot at the front. Covered relaxation area on the courtyard side for the spa, private garden at the back of the house.
