La Community of Communes of the Pays de Falaise, as part of its actions in favor of the Sustainable development and energy savings, has been associated for several years with the actors of the territory to organize an event promoting actions in favor of cycling but also some alternatives to the car.

Program :

Bike rides and hikes

The family bike ride in Falaise:

  • Cliff – 10 km (level of difficulty: very easy)
  • Fresnaye Castle Park
  • Meet at 9 a.m. – Departure at 45 a.m.

Family hikes and cycling activities:

A discovery of 3 connecting routes to Falaise:

  • Les Isles-Bardel – 15 km (difficulty level: difficult)
  • Town Hall parking lot
  • Meet at 9 a.m. – Departure at 45 a.m. (or meet at 10 a.m. at Pont d'Ouilly Leisure : possibility of transporting bicycles from Pont-d'Ouilly to Isles-Bardel)
  • Morteaux-Couliboeuf – 10 km (level of difficulty: very easy)
  • Town Hall Square, Media Library
  • Meeting at 10 a.m. – Departure at 10:30 a.m.
  • Potigny – 12 km (level of difficulty: very easy)

Initiation and awareness course

  • Getting back in the saddle on an electrically assisted bicycle
